Rouba Zeidan
Executive Advisor and Corporate Reputation Strategist. Creator of the S.H.I.A.N.E. method and author of What Your Voice Is Costing You.
If you don't communicate your value clearly enough for your stakeholders to understand, then it will go unnoticed.

I started out in radio while I was still a student, and began my corporate career at Ogilvy. Over more than 30 years in senior communications and PR, across multinational agencies, international brands and government, I have shaped narratives, managed crises and advised leaders in the rooms where reputations are made or lost.
Long before any of that, I was a singer. I was on stage from the age of nine, and at seventeen I came second in a national televised talent competition. I went on to train with the late Ziad Rahbani, one of the most celebrated composers and jazz musicians in the region, alongside conservatory-level vocal training. The stage taught me what no boardroom could: that the body speaks before the words do, and that presence can be trained.
It is also why my work includes something traditional training rarely offers: vocal dynamics and real voice training. Over the years I have built my own approach, blending the two paths of my career, the stage and the boardroom.
Across my career I watched the same failure repeat. Capable people were handed key messages and coached on eye contact. Media training went further, preparing them for difficult journalists and hostile situations, but every layer stayed on the outside: never internalised, and never aligned with the person delivering it. The moment real pressure arrived, the surface peeled away.
S.H.I.A.N.E. is my answer. It starts with the person, before a word of technique touches the surface, and builds a voice that holds in every room where the stakes rise.

The stage taught what no boardroom could.
The body speaks before the words do. Presence can be trained, and the discipline that holds a concert hall holds a boardroom too.
