The method and the assessment
What is S.H.I.A.N.E.?
A six-dimension framework created by Rouba Zeidan for executive presence and being heard: Sense, Harness and Inspect build the inner foundation, Align is the bridge, and Narrate and Express carry the outward voice.
How is it different from presentation training?
Most training works on the surface: slides, eye contact, gestures. S.H.I.A.N.E. starts underneath, with the body under pressure, the evidence of your capability and the patterns that undercut you, so the voice holds when the stakes rise.
How long does the assessment take, and is it free?
It is free and takes about eight minutes: eighteen questions across the six dimensions. You see your archetype straight away, and your full profile arrives by email.
What happens to my answers?
Your answers are used to calculate your profile and send you your results. If you choose to join the Commzguru letter you can unsubscribe at any time. The privacy policy explains the detail.
Working with Rouba
Which programme should I start with?
If you want to feel the shift quickly, start with the Mirror. For a team, a half-day workshop is the usual starting point. For a deep personal build, the Advisory Track. If you are unsure, book a discovery call and we will find the right fit together.
Do you work in person or online?
Both. Programmes run in person across the UAE and the region, or live online. Recorded VIP one-to-one versions are available for the Mirror and the half-day workshops.
Do you work with organisations?
Yes. Alongside the programmes, Rouba advises organisations on corporate reputation strategy, crisis frameworks, media training and internal campaigns.
How much does it cost?
Investment is set per engagement, depending on the programme, group size and format. Share a few details through the contact page and you will receive a proposal.
